สำหรับการร่วมลงทุนครั้งนี้ ธนาคารได้เล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพของ บริษัท โคเวอร์แมท จำกัด ที่มีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมร่วมกับแบรนด์ชั้นนำในหลายประเทศทั่วโลก รวมถึงความสามารถของทีมผู้บริหาร ที่มีการกำหนดแผนธุรกิจชัดเจนและพัฒนาธุรกิจตลอดเวลา.

สำหรับการลงทุนครั้งนี้บริษัทมีแผนนำเงินบางส่วนมาลงทุนขยายธุรกิจสายกรีนเพิ่มเติม โดยการเตรียมเปิดตัว สินค้าภายใต้แบรนด์ กรีนโคเวอร์แมท (Green Covermat) นวัตกรรมสินค้ารักษ์โลกทางเลือกทดแทนกระดาษและพลาสติก ผ่านทางร้านค้ารีเทล ห้างสรรพสินค้าชั้นนำต่างๆ และขยายงานโปรเจกต์ ให้กับกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม ที่มองหา Green Solution ได้แก่ Green Marathon, Green Airline, Green Hospital, Green Restaurant
